4. Start Purchasing: Once approved, you can log in and begin purchasing Thuya products directly from our website.
Account registrations submitted from Monday to Friday are typically approved within 1-2 hours. Registrations received on Saturday or Sunday may take up to 24 hours for approval.
We recommend first checking your spam or trash folder for the approval email from Thuya NYC. Sometimes, emails can be mistakenly redirected there. If you still cannot find the email, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
As a cosmetology or esthetics student, you have the opportunity to purchase Thuya products, known for their high quality and professional-grade results, using your school credentials.

If you are unable to access your account or have forgotten your password, we recommend using the 'Forgot Password' option available on the login page. Upon selecting this option, a password reset link will be promptly sent to your registered email address. Please ensure to check your spam or junk mail folder as well, since password reset emails can sometimes be mistakenly filtered there. Order
If you haven't received an order confirmation email after placing your order, please check your email inbox thoroughly, including the spam or junk mail folder, for any emails from Thuya NYC. Sometimes, confirmation emails can be mistakenly filtered into these folders.
Thuya NYC is based in New York City, and all orders are shipped directly to your doorstep from our NYC location.
We process and ship most orders within 30 minutes to 1 hour if they are received from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, before 3:30 PM EST. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday, or the next working day if Monday is a public holiday.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited, modified, or added to.

The shelf life of a product after it has been opened is indicated by the Period-After-Opening (PAO) symbol, which represents the product's useful lifetime once opened. On all Thuya Eye Products, you can find this PAO symbol, denoted as a number followed by 'M' (for months). For instance, a '12M' symbol means the product is best used within 12 months after opening.
All Thuya eye products are proudly cruelty-free. Thuya is committed to ethical practices and ensures that no animal testing is involved in the development of their products.

Thuya's Permanent Gel and Neutralizer Cream are specially formulated to work with both Eyebrows and Eyelashes.
For your convenience, you can either use the Thuya Permanent Gel and Neutralizer Cream from the Thuya NYC Lamination Kit and purchase Thuya Lash Lifting Essentials, or opt for the separate Thuya Lash Lifting Kit, which includes all the necessary products for a successful Lash Lift.
