How will I know when my order has shipped?
When we ship your order, you will receive a notification email from Thuya NYC. This email will contain your tracking number and other relevant shipping details. Please check your email inbox, including the spam folder, for this notification.
My tracking says my order was delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a bit early. Please double-check your surroundings, mailroom, front desk, or with neighbors.
