What is the shelf life of the product after opening?
The shelf life of a product after it has been opened is indicated by the Period-After-Opening (PAO) symbol, which represents the product's useful lifetime once opened.
On all Thuya Eye Products, you can find this PAO symbol, denoted as a number followed by 'M' (for months). For instance, a '12M' symbol means the product is best used within 12 months after opening.
What should I do if I haven't received an order confirmation email?
